JULIET

 

Hoy estaba hablando de Juliet, que es la mujer con la que trabajé cuando vivía en NY, y seguramente la persona responsable de que volviera cuando se me acabó la beca que me habían concedido. Digo la responsable porque sin conocerme de nada me ofreció trabajo de asistente en el teatro en el que ella trabajaba, y así, cuando regresé, fui a verla y antes de que pudiera decirle nada ya me estaba dando un abrazo y diciéndome: "espero que hayas venido para quedarte"

Llego a casa y cuando abro el mail me encuentro con dos de ella en los que me invita a su fiesta de Navidad de todos los años, y me dice que ha lanzado su pagina web y ha escrito un libro con las recetas de las deliciosas delicatessen que hacía cuando yo trabajaba con ella.

Hace18 años ella me hablaba de sus sueños, hablabamos de los de los dos, y los suyos se están cumpliendo todos.

Es un lujo haber compartido con ella esos maravillosos años y ver como el coraje, la constancia y la focalización en lo que uno quiere, hace que tarde o temrano consigamos lo que queremos.

Yo estoy en ello.

Adjunto los dos mail, son en Inglés, no para que los leáis, que también, sino para guardarlos en mi pequeño gran cuaderno de bitacora en que se está convirtiendo este blog.
